Betina is a highly experienced Executive Coach, Consultant and Facilitator in leadership development, change and diversity for international organisations. She designs and facilitates leadership capability building and high performance team programmes in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
In addition to her work with Aesara Partners, Betina is Lead Coach at INSEAD, working on programmes for the IFC World Bank, Pernod Ricard, Qatar Petroleum as well as Transition into General Management and InBoard programmes for non-executive board members.
Betina has 16 years practical managerial and leadership experience working in influencer marketing and in Human Resources across global markets for Procter and Gamble HQ. She worked until 2010 in Europe and Latin America in the Beauty Care, Prestige Products, Pet Health and Nutrition and Fem Care business units.
She is the co-author and editor of the book “Feminine Leadership, career learnings of Latin executives” (in Spanish, 2015), co-author of the Harvard Business Review article: Coaching Ejecutivo en Latinoamerica, Latin American Edition, July 2011 and of the INCAE business review article: Social Capital and Career Success September-December edition, 2013.
Having graduated as a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine, she has changed careers in 1994: has a diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology (2004), an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (2013), both studies done at INSEAD, a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change from The Tavistock Institute, UK (2015) and participated in the Dynamics of Consulting Program, Center For Applied Research, USA, (2017).
Betina is experienced in several 360 assessments as well as in MBTI, Birkman Method, Thomas Killman and Influence Style indicator. She works with executives of different industries like FMCG, Financial, Oil, Pharma and Family Businesses and has a particular interest and skill in the dynamics of high performing teams, change management and diversity.
Based in Uruguay and Argentina, in her spare time she enjoys gardening and walking safaris.
