Jennifer is a global Executive Leadership Coach working internationally in 1:1 as well as with with teams and groups through leadership and development programmes. She expertly creates an environment of curiosity to enable improved performance through changes in awareness, perspective, beliefs, actions and emotions. She has helped many high-performing individuals and teams – from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 Executives – find the inspiration and clarity needed to achieve meaningful personal growth. Her areas of specialty include maximizing leadership, team and personal effectiveness, leveraging strengths, increasing resilience, improving communication and storytelling skills, helping leaders create diverse, equitable and inclusive team cultures, becoming comfortable with feedback and conflict, and decreasing stress through mindfulness and emotional processing.
Jennifer combines work and life experience with positive energy, strategic thinking and coaching frameworks to enable clients to attain tangible results by optimizing inspiration, improving leadership skills, and setting and achieving professional and personal goals.
Jennifer has held numerous corporate, coaching, and consulting positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and investment banking at companies including Johnson & Johnson, General Mills and Kidder, Peabody. In addition to her work with Aesara Partners, Jennifer provides pro bono individual and group coaching for United Nations executives through the Humanitarian Coaching Network. She is on the Preferred Executive Coach registry for Stanford Business School alumni and provides executive coaching for the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Fellows Programme, designed for those who want to enhance leadership potential in mission-driven private and public sector organizations. She is an executive coach for INSEAD and the Kets de Vries Institute, as well as a coach, trainer and speaker for Ginger, a global leadership communications company. She uses her experience in sales, marketing, finance, strategy and managing P&Ls in a matrix organization to inform her coaching.
Jennifer received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA from Tufts University, and is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and as a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute. She is also certified in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC) by the Center for Right Relationship and is certified as a Relational Trauma Coach (CRTC) by Beabove Leadership. She is a certified practitioner for the Hogan Assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile and the Global Executive Leadership Mirror 360 assessments, and Team Coaching International’s team assessments.
