Josianne is an executive coach, board member and entrepreneur. Josianne is passionate about transformation and change, both of which have been a key part of her career in the financial services industry over the past three decades.

She has worked in investment & retail banking, consultancy and insurance in both Europe and Asia, ending her career as VP chief digital officer in Asia for Manulife. There, she led the marketing digital transformation programme across achieving a YOY 6x increase in revenue.

Her career is characterized by a number of pivots across a diverse range of functions (e.g. technology, marketing, operations, internal audit, transformation) and her focus on (un)learning and reinvention.

Josianne is a results driven coach focused on supporting her clients achieve their goals in alignment with their values.
She specialises in helping professionals at inflection points in their career, increasing their adaptability quotient (AQ).
Together, they work on a process of deconstruction & reconstruction for a subtle personal reinvention, so that her clients not only adapt to change, but thrive in it.

Josianne has over 800 hours of 1:1 coaching with clients across the leadership spectrum, from individual contributors to C-suite executives in a range of industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and technology. Josianne also works with small business owners and start ups, both as a coach and consultant.

Originally from Belgium, Josianne has lived, studied and/or worked on four continents and has been based in Hong Kong since 2013.

She holds a certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (Transcend International, HK) and is an ICF PCC accredited coach. She is also holds certification as an NLP Master and Hogan assessor.
