Ms. Rachel Kot is missioned to condense her 20 years of multicultural experiences to lead the AVI team to design impactful, and innovative leadership development programs for companies aiming to establish world-class leadership teams and build highly effective organizations. The AVI Leadership program has brought HP Dalian to the top 5 position on the global stage in the 2017 ICF International Prism Award.
Rachel is the 19th Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Asia with over 10,000 hours of training and coaching. Over the years, Ms. Kot’s team coaching and 1-1 coaching has helped many C-suite executives and their teams to excel. She has served in prominent companies from wide range of industries, such as luxury industry: Kering Group, including Boucheron, Gucci, Bottega Venetta, Cosmetic industry: Estee Lauder Group, Lancome; Consulting sector: Deloitte, PWC, BCG ; And technology conglomerate such as Tencent, Xiaomi, HP, AVIC International, Shennan Circuits, and many more. Her coaching has empowered the executives and their teams to gain better cross-cultural awareness, stronger leadership, improve the team’s engagement, and enhance their team synergy.
Rachel had a long career in the telecom industry. She has played a wide range of leading roles in different functional departments in Alcatel-Lucent, Motorola, and US WEST. With her extensive cross-discipline management experience, Ms. Kot was the Vice President of Marketing & Communications for China R&D in Alcatel-Lucent, leading teams in Talent Management and Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Operations, etc.
Rachel was the Vice President of the ICF Beijing Chapter and is committed to promoting the development of coaching leadership in China. She holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, USA.
