Delphine became a coach after 30 years of corporate experience in the FMCG industry, including over fifteen years as Executive Board member and Managing Director. She has led large teams in different Divisions in Danone, in France and the UK, and has held several international positions at the Corporate level.

Delphine brings a wide experience in leading large teams, and developing individuals in VUCA environments to achieve business turnaround.

As Managing Director and Board member, she has led several transformation agenda with major organisational restructuring and culture shifts. This has granted her a large experience on how to engage teams into transformation and embed leadership behaviours within the organisations to make it a success.

Delphine is passionate about providing support to accompany senior leaders and Executive Boards to « be the best version of themselves » and succeed in building and delivering their agenda.

Delphine is a certified coach from Barefoot Coaching ICF PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching in the UK. She has graduated from HEC Master in Business Administration and KEDGE Business School in France and has benefitted from Danone Lead courses at INSEAD.

She speaks French and English, and professional Spanish.
