Fabienne has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, merger and acquisitions, transformation, performance improvement programmes and organisational change – she worked in slow and fast consumer goods, luxury goods and later specialised in the financial services sector with a specific focus on wealth and private banking.

She started her career in 1997 with Booz and Company in London where she became a Principal working with international clients such as Goodyear, Fendi, B&Q, Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group. In 2010 she joined Coutts as Managing Director for Strategy, M&A and Change. She was part of Coutts Executive Committee. In 2012 she became the Executive in charge of transforming the affluent segment of Royal Bank of Scotland.

Passionate about human nature, Fabienne developed her coaching expertise as a strategy consultant and as an executive leader in the financial services sector. She is specifically interested in strategic transformation and the leadership competencies required to drive execution. She regularly works with leadership teams to assess strategy readiness, align the team to the definition of collective success and deploy the attitudes and mindset required to accelerate impact.
Her typical engagements also include individual coaching for clients wishing to increase their self-awareness, develop an authentic leadership style, project a sense of purpose to their teams and improve the way they communicate with colleagues. Her clients include Lombard Odier, HSBC, Oddo BHF, Euronext and Kering Group to name a few.

Fabienne obtained her Executive Coaching degree from Chester University in the UK. She also received Hogan certification in 2018. She joined Aesara Partners in 2016 in Paris. Fabienne graduated from HEC, Paris in 1997 and obtained her MBA at INSEAD, Fontainebleau in 2000.
