Lucile has over 20 years of experience in human resources development and communication, mainly in the luxury, e-commerce, construction and training sectors.​

She graduated from the French Press Institute and holds a Postgraduate M.Sc. Degree in Information and Communication. She has lived and worked in Italy.

She has in-depth expertise in managing and steering organisational transformation projects and extensive experience in managing change to improve business performance. She has led and coordinated teams at different levels, local, territorial and global, from strategic design to the execution of complex initiatives for sustainable performance in different international and multicultural environments.​

After more than 20 years in business, including 7 years at Bouygues Construction and 8 years at Saint Laurent (Kering Group), Lucile completed the Executive Coaching course at the University of Chester in the United Kingdom and has been developing an organisational consulting business since 2020. She supports leaders and managers in the transformation of their organisations, in particular by building and developing strategies and processes for leadership and talent development.
