Abi believes passionately in the unique potential of each individual and her coaching focuses on unlocking and developing that potential. Her warm, pragmatic & considered approach as a coach and strength in helping others bring clarity from complexity is equally beneficial when coaching individuals as it is to high performance team coaching. Her main themes include resilience, people & team leadership, influence & impact in the organisation, career transitions, change management and authentic leadership.

Abi has a great personal understanding and experience of strategic leadership at an organisational level as well as significant experience in developing, managing and engaging teams. This stems from her 22 year career in FMCG where she held board director positions in Commercial, Strategy Development and HR. In her position as an HRD at Danone she managed several organisational restructures giving her a unique perspective on the dynamics of change and its impact on the organisation as well as invaluable first hand insight of leadership behaviour development within the organisation and its role in the commercial success of the business. During this time she was also internal coach to 2 GMs and their 2 boards of functional directors and partnered several CEOs to lead complex business transformations.

Abi’s curiosity about the neuroscience of behaviour & how it manifests at individual and organisational level has led her to specialise in a number of psychometric tools which she uses in her work. In addition to her PGCert in Business & Personal Coaching, she is accredited in Insights Discovery, TEIQue Emotional Intelligence, Hogan Leadership & is a qualified NLP Practitioner. She is also an accredited member of the ICF.

Abi coaches in a variety of organisations, including investment banking & financial services (1:1 coaching at MD/ED level and leadership programme coaching at VP/MD/ED level), large corporates (FMCG – GM/Functional Director Level & Regional Director, 1:1 and team coaching), private equity backed start ups & SMEs (coaching founder/CEOs and their direct teams). She receives group supervision from Helga St Blaize, and 1:1 supervision from Nell Montgomery (both UKCP accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists) and undertakes regular CPD.
