Barbara is a highly experienced Executive and Business performance coach. For over thirteen years Barbara has worked with the C-suites and Senior Executives across many industries globally including investment banking, private equity, commercial banking, asset management, consulting and FMCG.
Barbara blends her business background with her extensive coaching experience to support her clients to unlock performance. Barbara's strategic and commercial experience was gained through her career at Goldman Sachs, where she led the Global Equities business. She understands the pressures and challenges of working in fast paced client driven organisations. At Goldman, her passion for developing people and teams and creating performance cultures began.
Clients value Barbara's extensive experience, her energy, her pragmatism and her empathetic yet constructively challenging approach. She works with her clients to embed those leadership behaviours and skills that really contribute to their own performance and to that of the teams and organisations they lead.
Barbara sits on the Board of WaterWipes, a fast-growing global FMCG company headquartered in Ireland. Having lived and worked in the US, UK, Japan and Ireland, Barbara brings a culturally informed approach to her clients.
Barbara holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics, an Honours Degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin and a Post Grad in Executive and Business Coaching from the University of Chester. She is a Professionally Certified Coach and has over a decades’ experience of working with Hogan.
