FELICITY DACE
Executive Coach & Consultant
UNITED KINGDOM | LONDON
Felicity has a passion for working with leaders wishing to focus on their mental well-being including, but not limited to, those who may be diagnosed with ADHD and/or ASD and are seeking to explore the impact of this for themselves in the workplace.
Building on her previous experience of coaching senior leaders more broadly, Felicity has developed a specialism in working with those challenged with their mental health and looking for expert support to reduce in the moment suffering, resolve crises and ultimately build the resilience to sustainably thrive. Those she works with highlight that through becoming more self aware, they develop their leadership competence overall by increasing their ability to be authentic, curious, compassionate and to drive meaningful change.
Felicity also provides education as a key note speaker and through training/facilitation around mental health and neuro-diversity related challenges.
Felicity came to coaching following a 20 year career in consulting and in-house talent development roles primarily in Financial Services. Working with senior leaders and their teams, she focussed on developing talent strategy, executive assessment programmes, and the deployment of team and individual coaching. She also focussed on educating senior leaders around mental health and neuro-diversity, and encouraging open and trust based communications on these topics within teams.
Felicity takes an empathetic approach to her work, but is not afraid to challenge where she believes it will benefit her clients. Her personal and professional focus around mental health, along with her corporate experience, enable her to use a mix of coaching and therapeutic skills to work with both the body and mind, based on her background and learnings using emotional intelligence, neuroscience and the nervous system.
Felicity has a BA in Economics from Exeter University and a PGDip in Psychology from Aston University. She is an accredited executive coach and has undergone training in team, somatic and mindfulness coaching. She holds a certificate in Humanistic Integrative counselling and is training in Internal Family Systems therapy.
