Prior to joining Aesara, James was a senior business leader in Learning, Talent and Leadership Development. With over 25 years of experience in FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 organisations including HSBC, Morgan Stanley Capital, Vodafone, Cisco Systems and Centrica.

As a popular executive coach and leadership development facilitator for over 20 years, James has experience in developing executives and senior leaders globally across multiple industries, most recently Banking and Financial Services.

James specialises in developing senior leaders who are new to a leadership role, making or preparing for a role transition, and/or leading an organisation and teams going through complex transformation and change. He coaches leaders to develop specific leadership capabilities and a sustainable work/life balance.

James offers an engaging and results-focused coaching approach with his clients, with measurable business and personal impact. He successfully develops high-performing, resilient, self-aware and ethical leaders who have the confidence and capability to perform at the very highest level.

James is qualified as an executive coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute (BBCC) and is an NLP Master Coach and Practitioner. He is certified in a range of psychometric assessments and 360 instruments (including Hogan, viaEDGE Learning Agility, MBTI and Emergenetics) and is certified in Executive Leadership Facilitation and Training.
