After undertaking a degree in English Literature at Durham University, Isobel joined Aesara Partners in July 2024 as an Operations Assistant. She supports the team by assisting with ongoing projects, contributing to system management, and effecting constructive change.

Isobel's passion for constant yet sustainable improvement, utilising her logical approach and attention to detail, helps her contribute to the business from a commercial operations perspective.
