Louise joined Aesara in 2021, following a long career in media finance at the BBC. She is a qualified ACCA accountant with exceptional interpersonal and team working skills.  

Louise oversees all things finance from contracting to quoting, invoicing and financial reporting. She prides herself in ensuring high quality and a great mindset is maintained in our accounts team. She is passionate about building trust-based, long-term relationships; bringing pragmatism, empathy and strategy. 

She has a keen eye for detail and an interest in making systems and processes work as efficiently as possible. Her priority is maintaining a close liaison between both our coaches and our clients, to ensure a positive and consistent experience for everyone.
