Indi joined Aesara Partners in 2024 as a Programme Manager. Originally from Australia, Indi has a strong background in public policy and management. She began her career as a Public Policy Consultant, where she worked on areas close to her heart, such as early childhood education, professional development, and arts and culture policy. In this role she created and contributed to meaningful social policies and initiatives in Australia.

Before stepping into consultancy, Indi worked as an Executive Assistant to two Directors. This role was instrumental in shaping her organisational and strategic planning skills, providing a strong foundation for her current position.
