Katy joined Aesara Partners in 2023 as Programme Manager. Her career background is in project management and client support for a number of different Management consultancies, ranging from global firms to boutique consultancies. She has worked on a range of diverse projects including 1:1 coaching, team coaching, assessment and development centres, and talent programmes. 
 
Katy combines a deep empathy with a pragmatic and logical approach. She thrives in moving between the big picture and the detail, a skill that means she blends efficient project management with an understanding of the wider strategy.  
 

Katy is responsible for project coordination for UK and US programmes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our clients.
